We had purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Personal Car Shopper. The model and the color of the car were exactly the kind we were looking for and it was very fairly priced. So we decided to call. We were able to meet at the time of our convenience in a very informal and pleasant setting. Arkady has given us a complete tour of the car, let us test drive it for as long as we wanted and described in detail the mechanical state of the car, including some areas that may soon require attention. I had a great pleasure of dealing with Arkady not once but twice in the last year and a half. We moved to California Feb 09 and was in need of a car. We saw an ad on craig's list and met Arkady soon after to see our Passat. We saw it, test drove it, loved it and within one week, took it home and it's been ours since. Just two weeks ago, we decided it was time for a second car and called Arkady again. We did go check around the dealerships and through private sales but he gave us our second great car..a Mazda CX-9. At first, we thought Personal Car Shopper mainly deal in European cars but it's not true!! Arkady, the company president, was very helpful in selecting a great car for us. Within two days of putting the deposits, we met our car and drove it home that evening. Arkady was very helpful with giving us breathing space in terms of payments.
